Every commission on this page is a one-of-a-kind original — not a print, not a template. Each piece is drawn in fine ink and painted in watercolour by hand, from start to finish, using your own reference photos of the house.

This isn't a quick turnaround piece. Capturing the actual character of a building — the texture of brick, the way light falls across a roofline, the particular slant of a doorway — takes careful observation, multiple layers of watercolour, and time I don't rush. The price reflects that process, not just the materials.

• Painted from 2–3 high-resolution photos you supply (please include a straight-on shot and at least one angle, in good natural light, ideally with the whole house visible and unobstructed)
